VincentIcarus
I highly recommend FOOK:NV, Project Nevada, Animated Prostitution, Classic Fallout Weapons for New Vegas, CaliberX, Mo Beta and Ahzteks New Vegas Weapon Overhaul.

Brigand231
Those are good suggestions and I can vouch for most of them, the ones I can't it's because I haven't tried them. What are you looking for? Quests, weapons, companions, UI changes, reality tweaks....? With FOMM you can ask in their forum if you have any questions, but nobody seems to be answering there lately... FNVEdit is another "mandatory" tool that will make life easier and empower you as a user once you're familiar with it. If you have any questions or get stuck feel free to PM or drop by the Reload mod thread to find me. Otherwise, I'll wait to see if you have more specific requests and will respond to those. Nadimos
project nevada, calibr x are essential alongside bodyreplacers like type 3 and breezes male. and then you want nevada skies-urlwfied aswell as the imaginator and electrocity mod. tgs armor collection is nice. wmx is, too. essentially just search the categories for the most popular mods or look under files of the month category. numb162
what i would like is something i already have, the increased wasteland spawns only when i do high spawns (2-5) my game crashes =( i really liked being outnumbered 10-1 and still destroying. felt like a massacre buuuttt....... i just use med spawns since high spawns is screwy

simplywayne90
I'd suggest that before playing the game too much you should download lots of mods that interest you and then proceed to play them. What I mean is like instead of downloading an (armor, gun, player home) then immediatly getting it in-game, why not download it and 13 other mods you like and then play until you randomly come across them. Also before getting too far in-game, make sure to browse the quest mods category, since they are also fun to "stumble" onto, otherwise you can end up getting bored with Fallout quickly if you simply play things as soon as they are installed. It's much more fun to "run into" random items and things. If he has made any yet, some of the best quest mods are done by Pucemoose. Also best house mod is by danthegeek. And I'd suggest not getting a weapon overhaul mod first thing, as you want to experiment with vanilla guns and mods first. Try to find good companion mods as well like Misty. Edit: Also while I love Nexus and its mods very much, Not every Fallout mod is allowed on Nexus, some great mods that I can't mention publicly are found on other less known sites for various reasons such as ported material and things, or simply the creators have thier own site, try ModDB.
