Unable to download any files

I live in Granby, do not have internet at home and I go to a net cafe that does not use Videotron. I have this issue there. I'm not near my home right now (helping someone to move) and I don't think it has anything to do with Videotron nor the location. I can easelly get mods for another game (minecraft) on the official mods page.

We aren't talking Official X pages/sites, we are talking Nexus Mods download.

I contacted Videotron, they are investigating the issues.

Im having similar issue since yesterday, i cant download anything. Tried different browsers... nothing

Hi all, Montreal/Videotron here. Same problem

Tested some options (including google DNS) while on the phone with Videotron's Techsupp. None worked.

He said it's going to investigate but who knows...

 

EDIT: over my 3G works perfectly, using it as backup...

 

EDIT2: tested minutes ago, working again :smile:

Yeah i've tried everything, changing DNS address, using around 4 different browsers, tweaking with my adapters and such, but i can't get anything to work.

 

EDIT: Tor browser works, as someone said somewhere in this thread, but it's really slow, at 500Kb/s, unless that's the average speed, I wouldn't know I haven't nexusmods in a long time

I too am using videotron and i am having the same issues. If i use a vpn i can grab the files fine.

Jumping in to say I've not been able to get onto any site connected to the Nexus domain barring the forums. I've had this issue on three different computers over the last week, which leads me to believe that it is likely a problem on your end. I pinged oblivion.nexusmods.com because why not; please find my results below:

ping oblivion.nexusmods.com
Ping request could not find host oblivion.nexusmods.com. Please check the name and try again.

It's not imperative that I have access or anything, but this is a little odd, to say the least.

Which is loading fine for me btw.

 

Oh, I know it does, it redirects to nexusmods.com/oblivion/? when I go to oblivion.nexusmods.com (I'm too lazy to update my bookmark) but I still get the 502, even if I go directly to nexusmods.com/oblivion (I clicked on your link to make sure).
