Tlaffoon
well the black market can be used in ur favor to abtain rare items of war to defend ur city for exampe (defend the walls) catapults and dwarf turrents (need more armor for your soldiers) black market deals in many and all kinds if u got the coins. if you need intel on enemy movements you can pay to get such intel on like cargo haul, enemy camps or even eventual attacks. but ya the whole lord thing might be a prov hense the silence and discretion. plus he wouldnt out right tell you they are thieves thats the whole trial to become one with there guild. n ok so they wouldnt steal from you why not a accidental murder of someone close to your authority (thane) when a heist went wrong that should get ur attention u would think it was a type of threat against ur life (like the emperor assassination) which leads u to investigate the "thanes" house and see he was dealing with the BM n owed a lot. lol idk I might add a few quest where the player is given the chance to do backdoor dealings with smugglers, thieves, and the like.. but if I do it will be the player's choice of whether to exploit these options or to end them with different outcomes depending on which choice you make. However these won't be a priority as the main quest is still being worked on but who knows...we'll see

WLionheart
Small question, maybe suggestion: Are there any hidden passages like in Castle Leyawiin and Castle Anvil?
Boombro
Holy. This castle looks amazing! I love the textures, meshes and the lighting. It so well done and fits Skyrim other textures. I just love how it own place far away. And wow, there is a children room? Adoption add on? How great! I would love to be a beta tester or take screenshots if you want. This a modder pack you may want to use, it has fitting modles imo and look noble http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/68755/?tab=1&navtag=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.nexusmods.com%2Fskyrim%2Fajax%2Fmoddescription%2F%3Fid%3D68755%26preview%3D&pUp=1 Edited August 23, 2015 by Boombro
Tlaffoon
Small question, maybe suggestion: Are there any hidden passages like in Castle Leyawiin and Castle Anvil? In the main keep area there aren't any secret passages except for a room that will lead to an escape tunnel. Which I still haven't finished  However the crypt of the castle is fair game and in the spirit of the nords ad asoiaf it will be massive and is still being worked on because of this. The escape tunnel will tie into the older sections of the crypt which eventually exit outside the castle. As well I plan to add some dwn tech (basic steam setup and such) in parts of the crypt that will pipe hot water through the castle. Holy. This castle looks amazing! I love the textures, meshes and the lighting. It so well done and fits Skyrim other textures. I just love how it own place far away. And wow, there is a children room? Adoption add on? How great! This a modder pack you may want to use, it has fitting models imo and look noble http://www.nexusmods...&preview=&pUp=1Thanks :D Yep, but there is only room for one child currently. I booted the other one and replaced it with a place for the lady of the castle to do her hobbies and because the hallway made me feel claustrophobic.. I'll probably find another place for the other room incase I feel like adding a second child in the quest version. Just to clarify the lite version doesn't inherently have hearthfire support but I will make a patch for it. The reason for this is in the quest version the setup of the children won't follow the hearthfire set up so its not needed. Or at least that's the plan for now. I'll be glad to have you as a beta tester when the times comes  Screenshots will also be helpful as I dont have the best graphics setup (understatement). I've actually already included the witcher pack, just waiting for the next update of it. I'm going to have to make those missing pieces for the chess board otherwise it will drive me crazy. As well I recently converted some exterior clutter pieces (about 20) to save some time in max.
Boombro
It is really a wise idea to make it add on for more people to enjoy. It reminds of buckkeep castle in farseer novels for some reason, maybe because of how rigged and stony is is. About the meshes for the rooms, are those kits parts or whole rooms? Tlaffoon
Technically the whole interior is composed of kits where all I had to do is set the coords at 0,0 to align all the pieces. The keep is composed of about 30 pieces i'd guess. And the floors are tile pieces I made at least for most of the rooms. It took a whole lot of extra work to do it this way but i didn't want flickering. There are a few rooms that are a single mesh but they only have 1 or 2 light sources.
