You know, concerning FPS drops at the Waterfront and Anvil Bay, has anyone tried optimizing and reducing the polycount on the ships? I know it's a hard thing to do since the ship itself is three or four separate parts, and there was an IC Waterfront optimization in the works by the Oblivion OPO guys way back in 2006, but since then it's been abandoned...

I'm looking for the mod that added actual TREASURE to chests, rather than just shoes and calipers 75% of the time. I also think it locked all chests with suitable locks.
