also i remember seeing a picture of someone wielding this axe in oblivion

EDIT: I recently found the armor i am looking for, but i am wondering if anyone has got the, i think its the bone files, or an HGEC version of that armor, i would really appreciate your help, thanks.

The 1st couple of pics: It's a rip armor from another game, discussed a few pages back. I can't link to it, unfortunately, for the sake of my account's safety. Sorry.

 

3rd pic: Err, I don't know a legal mod that has that axe, only in another pack of wow rip. Again, I can't link to it.

Does anybody know of a mod that enables your CM based companions to ride a horse or, failing that, an add-on that you can work into an esp to get them a horse?

DN13: I've tried this and it works pretty well, along with a CM Partners fix included; it's a bit menu- and spell-based though.

I should've been clearer, I was looking for something more like the Unique Companons, Companion Neeshka, or even Vilja (which gives the companion a summonable hosre right off the bat),

2) A compilation of character save games for fem Elf races (Moonshadow/Lineage 2/etc) if there is one.

I'll only answer to number 1. For Stealth you can try:

and Zumbs Lockpicking OBSE: (not precisely stealth but I find it great concerning lockpicking) http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=17894. (They are all compatible between one another).

 

Also, for an archery mod I suggest Duke Patrick's Combat Archery: http://www.invision.tesalliance.org/forums/index.php?/files/file/514-duke-patricks-combat-archery/. However, expect a completely different archery experience, and I suggest you thoroughly read through the read-me and all the functions the mod brings.
