I am not sure how to do any of the modding with the G.E.C.K and have no idea where to start, but I was wondering if anybody would be willing to created a mod that puts people (such as gamblers) in the Lucky 38 so that it feels teeming with life instead of some creepy building? I think it should be that the Securitrons stay, but you have people behind the counter working the registers instead of Securitrons.
