It's a strange little place. Not too far from Brellach. Runs-in-Circles will ask you for something (gold, I think, like a beggar). If you refuse, she runs around the town three times yelling "Ni ni ni ni ni ni ni!" It's a Monty Python reference to "the Knights who say 'Ni'!"
