Imagine that Oblivion Gates suddenly open through out the DC Wastelands and swarms of daedra start pouring out. Scamps, dremora, spider daedra, clannsfears and all the others. How well do you think the daedra do? Considering that they dwell in the Deadlands, a Realm of Oblivion, would they handle the Wastelands very well?

Please post what you think would happen or might happen.

I will post my own response and do the poll later.

True but daedra also have magic like the scamps throwing fireballs and the dremora using magical armour and weapons, or the dremora mages or the other magical creatures that throw desctructive magic. They are also damned tough.

Daedra rush in swarms and would do badly against discplined forces in power armour using guns, launchers and flamers.

But perhaps not so badly against super mutants who often use weapons such as sledgehammers instead of guns. Super mutants also swarm and fight one to one as daedra tend to do.

General Wastelanders have a wide range of weapons to use and may not do so well.

Also whats to stop dremora capturing guns or other such weapons to use or even to send back to the Deadlands to be studied? Only the dremora could probably use captured weapons.

Magic fireball: About 10 Feet per Second.

A Hunting Rifle: 1000 Feet per Second.

~~~~~~~
A Magic Fireball: Extinguishable.
An AK-47: Blows a Daedra's Brains out.
~~~~~~~

The only Daedra capable of standing any chance is the Demora and the Xixilav. They're the only ones who have the potential to use guns. The rest just die from bullets.

But then again, The Enclave and the Brotherhood of Steel have what no Daedra can use. Power Armour. No matter how much the scholars study it, it's like giving Issac Newton the LHC(Large Hadron Collider) and telling him to make one just like it that works.

If it weren't the wasteland, Dagon might have a chance simply by causing a panic among civilians... In the wasteland, there are no civilians, just many people who are heavily armed and are familiar with shooting things more menacing than a scamp. About the only thing Dagon would have going for him are atronachs, provided those worked. Hard to do much damage to something made of fire or stone.

If daedric magic did work in the DC Wastelands then such as fireballs might cause such as bullets to explode inside guns or belts etc. Electrical elemental attacks might fry electronics to cause trouble with such as energy guns and power armour.

Who knows what other daedric magic would do to Fallout technologies.

For instance if high powered destructive magic struck an an abandoned car with atomics inside what might happen?

Would the use of certain daedric magic disrupt radio broadcasting or communications?

The use of magic could have many unforseen consequnces outside of the Oblivion Realms and such places as Tamriel.
