Adding directory list and direct paste function

So essentially this one of the hardest forums to navigate that I've had the honor or in this case dishonor of navigating.. I cannot find anything and when a person says something like "got to the sticky above", I'm like say what. The sticky being above is extremely vague. If he means at the top of the topic list then I'm outta luck, because I had to use the search engine just to find the part of forum that had people talking about what I was looking for. That's pretty bad don't you think. Now don't get me wrong you guys have a unique forum, but it's so nonstandard, that someone like me gets confused as to where things are.

I would recommend a directory list that shows where exactly you are in this format

Home>Forums>Thread>Topic

I went with four because I don't know exactly how the site is laid out but this would be a HUGE help in simple navigation. I sight similar to this one had a similar layout as yours (but not quite) but had a directory list the when clicked sends you to that part. I definitely didn't get lost (as much) there as I do here.

Another note while I was in the middle of writing this the topic tried to self post itself without my consent, if not for the limited number of posts within a time frame it would've been post half done.

The second is allowing people to past directly to the text area of input because the current method of pasting text seems a bit redundant to me.

We use Invision Board for our forums. It's one of the most well known and popular pieces of forum software out there on the internet today and quite easily and instantly recognisable if you've used it before.

The forums have this. This topic, for example, is shown as being in "The Nexus Forums > News, Rules and Feedback > Feedback, suggestions and questions". You can find this towards the top left of the page.

The key command to "self post" is "Alt+S". If you pressed that then it would have tried to post your topic as it was. Anything else shouldn't.

I'm confused. Pasting text on the forum works exactly how you would anywhere else. Click where you want to paste the text, press CTRL+V or right-click and select "paste". Same as you would if you were using a word processor, or any other sort of text field on the internet. Please can you clarify what you're doing and what you're expecting?
