Been waiting three days On my premium but no.... still waiting.

Okay, This is getting ridiculous. I payed 3 days ago for premium service and I still havent got it. Ive heard nothing from the nexus team about this. Am I doing something wrong? It says Ive purchased it, but My account still says Im not premium. Please help! Im quite upset!

make sure you log out then back in of the file site as well.

If clearing out your cookies and logging back in doesn't change anything you'll have to wait for an admin to take a look. From here you're looking pretty good.

If those two posts are by the same person then that's the problem right there. You accidentally created a new account with your email address, which got the premium membership, while your old account did not. You'll need an admin to close one of your accounts.

I'm a few days behind on support requests right now as I've been out of town with work. Hopefully home tonight, so I should be able to sort it out for you then and you won't have lost any Premium time.

 

For the record; this did indeed happen because you made a new account instead of logging in to your current account. If you're not logged in to the forums when you try to purchase Premium, a page with big, size 24 green coloured and bolded font comes up and tells you to login. Some people seem to completely miss this garish warning and go ahead and make a new account...! This is what has happened here.
