Ive heard nothing from the nexus team about this. Am I doing something wrong? It says Ive purchased it, but My account still says Im not premium. Please help! Im quite upset! You accidentally created a new account with your email address, which got the premium membership, while your old account did not. You'll need an admin to close one of your accounts. Hopefully home tonight, so I should be able to sort it out for you then and you won't have lost any Premium time. For the record; this did indeed happen because you made a new account instead of logging in to your current account. If you're not logged in to the forums when you try to purchase Premium, a page with big, size 24 green coloured and bolded font comes up and tells you to login.
