Fallout 4 scepticism...

Wait, what? No SKSE and no FNIS for PC version?... Seriously?

I'm gonna say rather ridiculous thing here:

The only actual reason why I played Fallout 3 was one awesome mod featuring Warhammer 40k Space Marines armor and weapons. There was destroyed capsule in the Wastes with dead Marines and huge pile of supplies around it. I love that universe and there's really no any good recent Warhammer 40k first person shooters so I just made myself one. Bolters and Chainswords were done pretty well, and I just had fun blasing enemies in pieces with explosive bolts and ripping them up in Black Templars Vet armor.

I hadn't such desire for FNV, I enjoyed RP a bit more and played as post-apocalyptic cowboy.

For FO4 I have basically same idea as for FO3. I'll wait about a year, see if this game will get fixed, see if there would be any decent WH40k themed mods and then maybe I'll grab this game on steam sale with good discount only for the sake to play WH40k FPS in new enviroment, LOL.

All the will in the world is not going to make the GECK appear before Bethesda release it. No doubt there'll be replacers and third party tools but modding proper isn't going to get underway until the correct tool is released.

The FO4 EULA says NO.

http://store.steampowered.com/eula/377160_eula_0

Look for:
THE SOFTWARE UTILITIES, IF ANY.
(d) Customized Game Materials shall not contain modifications to any other executable files;
No exe's, no jar files, no nothing.

Already talked to SKSE guys, they're definitely going to be working on something for FO4. And I imagine they would even if this was true, as the worst Bethesda would likely do to them is send a cease and desist - lest they invite the ire of a potential future revenue source.

Also, fair to note, that this specifies other executable files, which by that language wouldn't exclude Fallout 4's own executable file from being modified. It likely only means no inserting code that would allow that exe to modify another, which isn't the type of hijacking most modders attempt or are capable of doing anyways.
