Deleted23328924User
hmm, did you ever used the ModManager before or is that rather new for you? I ask because you get such this error if you choose the wrong folder / path.

Aintiarna
1. Delete directory C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Dragon Age Inquisition\Update\Patch_ModManagerMerge 2. Run Mod Manager - should be v1.0.0.59. 3. Tick the box that says "Force rescan of patch" 4. Merge. That should fix it.

Aintiarna
Okay, try backing up and taking a look at this: http://daimodder.tumblr.com/post/123864968464/dai-mod-manager-tutorial Work your way through that, more to make sure you're not missing something or doing something unorthodox that the program can't handle, then see how you get on. The other obvious thing to make sure is that your windows login account, the one you're running mod manager from has write access to your dragon age inquisition directory. It should do, but just in case.

Aintiarna
Is the current version of mod manager not compatible with the latest patch? My patch version comes up to be 11 in mod manager It's patch 10, but PCs report its internal version number as 11 because of an extra hotfix only that platform got ages ago.
