Whenever i try to merge mods with ModManager i get the foloowing error

 

"Exception message: Access to the path 'cas_99.cas' is denied.

Source: mscorlib
Target: Void DeleteHelper(System.String, System.String, Boolean, Boolean)"
Any help would be appreciated.

I've used it before. The path is correct; the merged folder even shows up in the patch directory.

1. Delete directory C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Dragon Age Inquisition\Update\Patch_ModManagerMerge

 

2. Run Mod Manager - should be v1.0.0.59.

 

3. Tick the box that says "Force rescan of patch"

 

4. Merge.

 

That should fix it.

Okay, try backing up and taking a look at this:

Work your way through that, more to make sure you're not missing something or doing something unorthodox that the program can't handle, then see how you get on.

 

The other obvious thing to make sure is that your windows login account, the one you're running mod manager from has write access to your dragon age inquisition directory. It should do, but just in case.

Is the current version of mod manager not compatible withthe latest patch? My patch version comes up to be 11 in mod manager

It's patch 10, but PCs report its internal version number as 11 because of an extra hotfix only that platform got ages ago.
