@Tieron

For starters, a ton of those mods no longer work with the latest patches. You need to read the description and the comments before downloading and installing any mods. Approx 50% of the mods in the "most endorsed of all time" list sadly will not work any more. I recommend you start from scratch. "Most endorsed in the last 2 weeks" is more representative of the mods that are still working. Any mod that has not been updated since around August 2015 may no longer work.

Here's a good installation guide:

and here's a good troubleshooting guide:

Thanks. It has been a while since I played with this game.

That particular error is caused by MoreLoot which hasn't worked for a long time. I made a new version of it. Check my sig. As for the others. I'd say the following ones no longer work but check the comments on each mod to be sure:

Official patch is being processed twice - you need to clean out the old patches in your Dragon age inquisition folder or it wont work. Any of the old ones built by Mod Manager need to be deleted completely and mod manager restarted.

Community Patch (obsolete)

LL - Armor crafting (don't think this one works anymore)

LL- Crafting materials (the core "cloth", "metal" and "leather" all still work but not most of the individual material files ,e.g. "bear")

New influence table (broken)

Remove armor and weapon class restrictions both have new versions - old ones mostly don't work.

Inventory capacity - you need the patch9-10 version.

Can you see now why I suggested you start from scratch and read the comments before downloading the mods. That's just off the top of my head. I'm sure there are more mods in your list that don't work any more that I haven't mentioned.

<SOLVED> Haha, some people may call me dumb..but what made it work was running Mod Manager v10 as an administrator, along with all the solutions you guys mentioned.

Replied couple of minutes ago in a seemingly identical thread. Try this solution http://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/3959180-mod-manager-is-saying-access-denied-to-cas03cas-how-do-i-fix-it/?p=37102380 I had a similar problem before and this fixed it. I do not remember the exact text of error message I got, but it was definitely one of those "access denied" types. Good luck, I hope you'll have your problem sorted out soon.
