No reply from support

I'm very sorry, I've been quite slow recently and I'm about 5 days behind on the support tickets at the moment. I moved out of my house on Monday while some work is being done so things are a little in the air at the moment, for me. Will try and get up-to-date by the week's end.

 

Anyone having issues with Premium and still waiting will be compensated with extra time accordingly.

No worries. apreciate the info. also my purchase info like the invoice and payments and support request are now all empty.

Are you sure? It looks rather like you're on an entirely different account now, so it's only natural this one can't see any internals of the previous one.

 

And while we're at it, you need to request closure of one of them a.s.a.p., as you're only allowed to have 1 single account active at any time.

Either request it from the account that's to be closed by posting with it inside the Account Closure Requests topic found on top in the stickies of this very section,

or if you're already in contact with another member of staff taking care of other issues for you, they can do it as well. Just be careful not to request the wrong one to be closed.
