Some of these are probably already mentioned here, but still it's the list of the mods i want as early as possible.

- HAIR....it looked so awful in the trailers... seriously... how can't they manage to make normal looking hair... if modders can why can't bethesda :wallbash: ???

- HDT physics or something like this for clothes/body/hair etc... i tried my best to spot any hair/cloth physics in the footage i found but i couldn't see any.

I thought the hair looked fine compared to old stuff. The game is more stylized, so the hyper-real approach probably isn't going to cut it in Fallout 4. Wouldn't mind the longer stuff being higher-res though. Also I think saying modders make normal looking hair is maybe a bit of a stretch. There are some decent looking hair mods out there for the previous games, but I don't think the majority of them or Bethesda's work has been particularly great so far. Hair is hard as hell to create in a virtual environment.

Also, Piper definitely has hair physics of some sort, as does the female main. Though the female main did not have hair physics at E3, she had them in a short glimpse of the bomb going off from the launch trailer. In fact, hair physics all over the place in the launch trailer. Female main, synth underground railroad lady, Piper. Hair physics exist, my guess is that it just wasn't in place in the Alpha build they brought to E3. They do seem to be understated though, which I honestly prefer to over the top nonsense. They're probably using something similar to normal cloth physics for that though, so I'd expect to see that in there as well. Of course, it's also possible that they add in tesselation for the conversation scenes and remove it to save performance while you're running around.

So I guess there is to be a vanilla weather system with radiation storms and such, I think it will be important to have a shelter mod like was in Skyrim ( http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/52612/? ) before adding to the building aspects of the game. I Can't wait to see how the modders enhance this one, and speaking of storms I figure I would share an idea I found on you tube In regards to radiation storms

"Imagine wandering the wasteland listening to music on your Pip-Boy and the music gets cut off and interrupted with an emergency broadcast.
You hear the nearby cities sirens going off. Random travelers flee to the inside of the cities." -Mr. Raspberry Iced Tea

Eco nuts and greenies as a faction so we can hunt them.

HA you think you can catch me? I have eaten my greens today man, and I stay away from Sugar Bombs (waaayy too much corn syrup) I bet you loved that Pork and Beans with the side of Mole Rat gooch pal but let me tell you something, with that amount of sodium and trans-fatty oils your cardio will be hurting. I on the other hand full on my light desert salad will be out of range before your V.A.T.S even boots up. ^_^

One of the smaller mods I was hoping for was a convenient way to expand the quick looting system into 2 menus (your Pip-Boy and the container/body you're looting from) like the way FO3 and FNV looting works so as to get an item's value and/or weight and/or stats. With the current quick looting system, you can't judge whether or not an item is worth picking up because everything is obviously so new to us all and no stats are shown whatsoever. Also, I'm not sure what the transfer button does, maybe it does exactly what I'm requesting but I haven't had that confirmed either.

Similarly, I'd like a way to view not just an item's weight and value, but its value divided by its weight. And then a way to sort items based on that. At least one Skyrim mod made this possible and loot management became so much quicker for me.

I really hope someone does this again, and possibly integrates it into the looting system so we don't even have to pick up items with a low value/weight amount.

What I want to see is a dialogue system revamp. NO DIALOGUE WHEEL! A simple proper list on the bottom of the screen with better descriptions and what emotion the line will be delivered in. Dialogue in Mass Effect was the one feature I hated in that game, I couldn't talk to Kaiden when playing as femshep because you never know what's going to be "lets go to my room and see if we can rock the ship off course from my bed" to "whats your opinion on the crew". Then one option is happy and one is angry and no way to know which one it is.

man im with you. i actually already suggested it. i was fine with the old system i freakin hate dialog wheels.

With so much recorded dialogue I find this mod to be practically impossible because they would have to get a copy of EVERY viable option to show up and thats just the start of it. So much time and effort would have to go into this mod that I don't ever see if happening.
