i honestly don't know, sometimes i want more realism, but other times i like the simplicity. i'd be cool to have a woodsy character that has to hunt to eat and survive, but the hassle would suck for just a straight-up main quest and guild character, that's why i suggested a toggle

Is the question "Should there be realism?", or is it "Should eating and sleeping be required?"? The poll title indicates the first, but the question indicates the second.

I wouldn't mind seeing it implemented, as long as A) there's a way to turn it off and B) the penalty is minor but noticeable.

I say keep it classic. Morrowind didn't have it, Oblivion didn't have it. I;m sure the other ES games didn't. And its not like someone won't just make a mod for someone to use it if they want it.

The question is the second. Should eating and sleeping be needed?

a) of course there would. Bethesda would be fools to not. b) if you're talking about realism, try not eating or sleeping for several days and tell me if you only feel minor problems.
