PensiveWolF Posted November 14, 2015 Share Posted November 14, 2015 heres a mod i would guess most people want, the ability to go into workshop mode and scarp items outside the settlement areas. It seems really dumb that when you step outside the glowing green walled off zone if forces you out of workshop mode, why not change it so that outside that zone you can't build, but you can still scrap stuff.
