Never even completed Skyrim and i had the game at launch. My first save got corrupted and playing with mods was unstable do I never really fully played the game at all despite how much I loved it.

I have never completed Skyrim. Mainly because some new mod would come along and I would either restart to take advantage of that mod, or screw up my game enough that I decided to nuke it and start over.

Define perfection.

It different for many. I would say two more years.

For the purposes of this thread I'd define 'perfect' as what you wanted the game to be on release.

Personally, with regard to Fallout 4, I'm looking for graphical upgrades, immersion mods, difficulty/hardcore features and maybe some reworking in the perks department.

I never had my perfect game. I had a lot of mods which were great and helped to play the game. But a good overhaul like FWE or PN was lacking. I know there were some specific overhauls but not as good as for the Fallout games and often only for specific parts of the game (i.e. one combat perk overhaul, one perkoverhaul for stealth and so on). And no, Tendos stuff was not a perfect overhaul for me.

It seems the fo4 moding movement will be much faster.

Let say the basic of the basics needed mods, I would a month after geck comes out.
