It would be nice to build a settlement and conquer others, defend from massive raids and start your own. The gun would gradually increase the weight of a targeted NPC without any ill effect (think of helpful spells in Skyrim not triggering NPCs). More variety in the structures, perhaps the ability to put windows on the walls... And then there's the enemy markers on the compass deal.But mostly the romance mod, for me.
