Gilibran
Well without the CK it's all they can do for now next to making yet another ENB setting. The texture mods are good practise for when the tools are released. The bat files are nice if you can't be bothered to search for itemcodes through the console yourself and make one yourself. You do not have to DL anything, and i personally found some of the best mods for FO3 / NV / Morrowind / Oblivion and Skyrim just by scrolling through tons of "garbage" mods. Personally so far the only usefull one i found is the build item cap remover for your settlement. Having said that, it is a bit rude to say there is so much garbage out already. FO4 is heavily advertised including modabillity, it's attracting a whole new crowd who have never played any of the previous games and ever heard of modding a game. And if they want to make mods they have to start somewhere. Imho taking the time to create and share something is worth an endorsement on ot's own. misterchx
Let people practice. Just don't endorse them if you dont like them, download the ones you want and endorse the ones you think are worthy to be at the top. You should be encouraging new modders to try out modding and as the game goes on, they'll get better and better. There is a lot of junk right now but I think it's for the greater good for the modding community.
Mofakin
Well without the CK it's all they can do for now next to making yet another ENB setting. Actually there's quite a lot stuff you can already forward, I'd be careful with any Mod made of a TesSnip variant though. It could work well, but it could also completely mess up your savegames, so if I'd use such .esp based Mod, I would do it only under the expectation it could potentially harm may game...which isn't to much of a problem, since I'm planing to drop my current character anyways, once "real" mods appear on the scene. If I was a modder, I'd use the time to play the game to learn more about it, and teach me necessary tools, like flash and gimp, so I can start a full fledged "attack" once it's going decent. jet4571
Don't start in on TesVSnip, the rumor of it destroying saves are unfounded and were never proven. I have been using several mods that I made with TesVSnip and not one of them caused any problems whatsoever in 4 years. Want to know what destroys a save? Using BOSS or LOOT after every mod install with Skyrim, every time you run it you get small errors because the load order changes. Nothing like having someone tell you your mod is incompatible with another mod they just installed and causes a CTD even if the two mods have nothing to do with each other and are 100% compatible just because they sort their load order everytime they install a mod. Guess what, one modder claiming TesVSnip destroys saves also recommends using BOSS or LOOT with each install. As for the Topic, Skyrim was just as bad if not worse. It's the nature of a new release with mod support. All the easy stuff gets done at the start then later comes the good stuff. We don't have any tools yet to make new models, we don't have a tool yet to make a proper esp, so texture replacers, save games, presets, bat files, and ini tweaks are the order of the day. Muuuaaahahhaaarr...where's an Arthmoor if you need him...:D I stopped reading at TesVSnip doesn't cause harm, and BOSS/LOOT does. You obviously don't know what you're talking about. DoctorKaizeld
I stopped reading at TesVSnip doesn't cause harm, and BOSS/LOOT does.actually he does have a small point with BOSS and LOOT. sometimes it is best to not run them for a mod load order after every install with a load order you have been using a while. this is only an issue though if you have manually moved a esp elsewhere and didnt tell LOOT/BOSS to keep it that way next time. so in the end it is only an issue for newer users. Yeah, when I first started using the load order applications with large numbers of mods (100+) this would lead to long bouts of self inflicted confusion. DoctorKaizeld
yeah it is one of the biggest killers for many peoples first attempt at modding.

It should be common knowledge that you shouldn't modifie load orders at all during a playthrough. Add a Mod, remove a Mod, rearrange a Mod and at the same time expect everything's working flawlessly doesn't go. Making tools responsible for user acting risky is nothing to blame creators of such tools for. On the contrary, blaming tools that inject wrong ID's into savegames is valid. Also, I said it COULD potentially harm your game, not necessarily do it...some are just lucky, and except once, including me...
KovNik2015
Currently the worst errr...MOD is the one, where some dude uploaded a simple text file, which he created with a standard notepad, which any idiot without much advanced PC knowledge can do, and simply copied and past info from online gaming encyclopedia sites such as wiki or wikia vault and so on and put there locations of all 20 bobbleheads and thats it! But the worst thing is that he actually took a screen, showing precisely what he put in those text file! Word for a word and you don't even need a magnifying glass to see it! LOL So it totally destroy the whole purprose of dwonloading his bull crap of a "MOD"! ROFL If i needed info on each and single specific location for each and single specific collectible i would simply visit an official fallout 4 interactive map site, which is the most informing source anyone could provide! LOL More informing than even video straight from youtube, since you don't even have to watch 3-4 minutes blurry and low quality footage of uploader walking across Fallout 4 map, talking, coughing and laughing! LOL At least the ones, who creates "cheat mods" put some tiny effort compared to thousands of stupid mods like text files with collectible locations or user created and uploaded main characters from their save file, that they tried hard (but failed miserably) to make look like some existing celebrity doppelganger! The closest of them all is the one, which looks pretty close to Vin Diesel! Others barely ever look even 50% close!...
