jonnyetiz
The GECK has been released. Once I get used to the new stuff, I will be able to start work! Keep in mind that we are still looking for people, especially voice actors.
JuJooGuppy
You will have better luck getting VA's once you start showing real progress on the mod, and that you have dialogue ready to get voiced etc :) I wish you luck, I love the Enclave so look forward to seeing them in FO4. I have my own project that I am slowly working on, so can't offer my help at this time.

SquadProbablyBroken
I'd be game to help out with voice acting, although I have a heavy southern British accent so it may not necessarily be the best fit for this mod. Best of luck with the mod though, definitely keeping my eye on this.

tartarsauce2
dunno if anyone's suggested it but if you could talk to the guy who made LZInstitute maybe you could incorporate some of his work into the whole thing, like the ENCLAVE has a synth production machine (don't want to impose anything but it could be part of the questline perhaps even)and then you could have ENCLAVE synths facing off against InstituteXO2's and so on, maybe you could reskin aspects of his work to fit more with your own faction' somehow (synths with XO2 helmet styles as heads or something nutty)then talk to the guy making commonwealth spawns extended/war of the commonwealth and see if they'd be interested in making level list merges etc for (both) your stuff toomilitary technology has got to have gotten advanced by now, and if you're reallllllllly into it, talk to the guy who made introduction to the NRC for raiders stuff (and see about merging those into CSE/WoTC) as wellI'm suspecting that if you incorporated a raiders, institute stuff, dynamic spawning from commonwealth/spawns guy, and your enclave storyline set together it'd be, a very powerful thing Edited May 4, 2016 by tartarsauce2

Lutes
The main issue with reintroducing the Enclave is that their military is tapped out after the events of Fallout 2 and more recently in 3. They still theoretically have non-military branches in operation, such as their R&D and recovery teams, as well as other civilians, but I would not expect them to have trained and outfitted a large standing army (of humans, robots are another story) to replace their losses. That is not a bad thing, as it means that they actually have a need for the type of assistance a Player Character can provide. I think there was an Eye-bot factory in Chicago that ED-E from NV was created in, so that means they still have at least one robot factory outside of the Commonwealth. There are also a couple of Poseidon Energy facilities within Fallout 4, which could give them a reason to be in the Commonwealth to begin with; Poseidon Energy was a front for the some of pre-war groups that became the Enclave, which is why they had a base on an oil rig, plenty of fuel for vertibirds and a functional communications network which was similar to the internet (poseidon-net). Anyway, I look forward to seeing how this mod idea progresses.
