Console command not working?

Recommended Posts

So I'm trying to use the player.additem console command in Fallout 3 to add Winterized t51b Power Armor to my inventory.

For some strange reason, it isn't working. I have checked my load order, Operation Anchorage is in slot 01.

But when I enter player.additem 01001f09 (the item id for the sim version of the armor), all I get is an error message saying that the parameter for that object was not found. I can add in other items just fine, like bottle caps and whatnot. But DLC items appear to be a problem. I only have two other mods installed, and they are located in slots 6 and 7. Should not be interfering. Please, if you have any idea what's causing this, let me know. Thank you.

Did you try typing

help "Winterized t51b" 0

I noticed with Skyrim anyway, that what I thought the Load Order was, is not what the Load Order actually is.

I just tried it. Unfortunately, in Fallout 3, typing help "item here" doesn't bring up the desired item id as it does in Skyrim. So it didn't help. Thanks for the suggestion though.

Try 0100c18d. Command should be "player.additem 0100c18d 1 100" You need to include the amount of the item you want and the condition, which in this case is 1 Winterixed T-51b Power Armor at 100%
