Mods You think Need to be Made

Most of these have already been requested repeatedly, but here it goes.

 

-More weapon variety. This will probably be fixed within minutes after the CK's release, especially with millenia making mods. More importantly, I think we need to have a balance of different weapon types being created. Energy, ballistic, big guns, and every variety in between. I just know we're going to have a hundred different M16/M4's, 1911s, AK-47s, and sniper rifles, but not enough of everything else.

 

-More importantly than the guns, a mod like CaliberX that offers a single community ammunition pack for all other mods to use. This way we won't have ten of the same kind of ammo due to the weapons that are added.

 

-A survival and camping mod similar to what we had in Skyrim. Have hunger, rest, thirst, and warmth play a factor into your survival. Also a way to bump it up a level and make certain resources harder to find (like stimpaks. seriously, they're everywhere).

I just want a mod that either gets rid of feral ghouls or makes them way less scary!

 

 

 

This so my girlfriend can enjoy the game without jumping out of the seat every time she fights a ghoul. More people (with zombie phobias) will play this game if this mod exists!!

 

Even PARTY HATS on the ghouls would help!

 

 

....Everyone loves party hats.

A mod to disable the auto landing with the vertibird taxi. Something to make the vertibird hover or circle over the designated landing zone until you tell it to land.

 

I have many times used the verti-taxi to travel to settlements under attack, just to be landed in the middle of the firefight.

If there's where an option to hover/circle over the settlement, the minigun could actually come to good use for once.

Weapon racks. I'm a fan of settlement armories in the larger ones, and I like how the people go and get weapons in a large scale attack. Just a little bit of niftiness.

 

 

Huge request, but something along the lines of a winter overhaul of the map along with the weather and something similar to Chesko's Frostfall. Winter survival is awesome as far as I'm concerned, and as we may be aware, Boston has been known to get some absolutely nuts winters. Radiation snowstorms, some frozen rivers, camping, making fires, blizzards, nothing like a little blood on the ice as well.

I thought of an addition to my list of mods. This could be interesting. What I would like to see is a mod that gives a lot more information about a settlement that what is currently there. Like I want to know what could help the settlement get happier. What the defenses can currently handle, and gaps that should be covered. And other things. This can be tied to the workshop menu. There is one other thing I would like to see, as well. concerning settlements. Once you do the kidnapping, or clearing out of a place, the only reason you should go back is to update things, like defenses, add more food, water, housing, beds, things like that. I don't want to have to go 200 times to one place, and do the same thing over and over and over again. One and done, in my book, on those missions.
