I do think it would be a good idea when the GECK is released to have some sort of... I'm not even sure what word to use, I guess some sort of discussion between people making large quest and player home mods about which locations they are going to be using. That way the fans will be able to run more quests with less incompatibility. So for example, I am going to be using the Boston Bugel Building for the most important portion of my mod, so mods that for example destroy the Boston Bugel Building to make room for a ferris wheel will be incompatible with my mod. I wouldn't want to have a beautiful mod that gives me an interesting new city conflict with my absolute favorite quest mod or something like that.
