jcdenton2012
Captain Kells, second in command to Eldar Maxson, is also Tuvoc second in command to Captain Janeway on Star Trek Voyager. Is him serving aboard the Prydwen a reference in this capacity to Star Trek Voyager considering the nature of both ships?
micalov
doubt it and captain kells is in charge of the prydwen, Elder maxin would be closer to an admiral in charge of everything just using kells ship as one of the assets at his disposal for the mission. WaRi0
on that note has anyone else noticed how much the fallout 4 stealth boys resemble the original series tricorders? :)
Moraelin
I'm really not seeing the parallels. Tuvok was actually chief of security. Second in command was first officer Chakotay. And before taking the Maquis on board, Tuvok wasn't even on the ship, as he was undercover on the Maquis ship. So really there was no point where Tuvok was first officer on the Voyager. SiNNeR
it's not like such a reference would be a surprise but I think you're probably reaching on this one, sorry. same voice and being on an airship/spaceship isn't really enough to be a reference. now if he'd been in charge of the Prydwin's security or had similar character traits then you'd have a case. as it is you may as well speculate that it could be a reference to Dragon Age: Origins since he was involved in a decision between rival factions in that game and is in a faction you can decide to side with or against in this one as well
Aintiarna
Not sure about Tuvoc, but the doctor on the Prydwen does say, "Please state the nature of the medical emergency." which made me do a double take the first time I heard it. It's been a long time since I watched Voyager. Also, isn't the guy who played Voyager's holographic doctor the same one who voices Alan Binet from the Institute. Robert Picardo. The one in Robotics Division who is arguing that Synths are alive. That's an ironic easter egg I suppose. So there are lots of Star Trek Voyager references in the game. I'm sure there are more but I can't recall them at the moment.
