noptasis
Had this idea back when the game was first released. Saw a giant 2-story tall Deathclaw and got some ideas about Kaiju, especially with a Gorilla model already in the files. Anyways, I had a friend port out the Deathclaw mesh and I got started modifying it. This should hook up to the deathclaw animations perfectly fine. It's nearly finished, though the back plates are just a placeholder at the moment, but I'm not great at texturing so that part might take a while. Eventually, with GECK I hope to add all sorts of Kaiju, with some sort of quest mod. For example, with BoS you could fight Godzilla with Liberty Prime, or the Institute could give you a suit that makes you into Ultraman. But those are just distant dreams for now. To Do: -Clean up body mesh-Finish Back Plates -Texture model OR find someone else to texture it-Rig up fire breath animation http://imgur.com/FpAKNfS http://imgur.com/uLJ3ib7 http://imgur.com/gPQXfI5 Thoughts/Advice/Criticism is fully welcome. Also, anyone who's skilled with body textures for Skyrim dragons and s#*!.
TeamBacon
Sounds like a fun idea. I don't exactly have a lot of time on my hands at the moment, with about 10 things I need to get finished for my mod, but if you can't figure out the whole texture thing feel free to contact me. Just don't expect it to be overly fast.
noptasis
Alright, got a ton more work done. Built up the back plates, molded the face, and fixed a couple problems here and there. Nearing completion of the mesh. Again, if you're decent at texturing and are interested in the project/have wayy too much time, please let me know. http://imgur.com/a/jvmZW Sounds like a fun idea. AlphaVertigo
You could attach powerline poles on the back of him then add a particle effect of lightning, just an idea but it looks good and I thought the arms could be a little bigger / fore-arms. noptasis
Since I was working with a deathclaw model as a basis, since I wanna use the skeleton/animations, the arms used to be quite a bit larger- and still are deceptively big. It's just that the pose is kinda awkward and the rest of the body is big too.
noptasis
Alright, made more progress. Head smoothed out to look like the original 50s version. More back plates too. Body mesh smoothed. http://imgur.com/a/RRwXx
Boombro
So what his story? Will he spawn randomly or have a fixed spot? Will it carry a cool weapon/armor? Is it a follower? Tame? Etc etc? I think I saw mods like this for the older tes and fo games.

Could have him attack one of your settlements and then bring in liberty prime and fight him. Or get a giant Gorilla and go full King Kong vs Godzilla. Boombro
That would be epic as hell.

Pretty much the same way people made bigger butt and boobs. You can then give him this edited skeleton when GECK comes out.
