If you up your radiation resistance via a hazmat suit, power armor, radx, etc, by decreasing the amount of radiation dealt to you, does it also reduce the healing you receive from exposure to radiation via the ghoulish perk? Looks like the outcome is that it's easy to keep my health at "max", but rad poisoning will still reduce that max. Cool. So radiation restores my hp's right up until it kills me. Those redditors were right this is a really garbagey tradeoff if rad-triggered healing doesn't consume exposure points.
