It does edit the perks and special that are in your pipboy and that pop up on the screen. Basically it edits stuff everywhere but the Perk Chart. This is probably what you are experiencing. If that's not what you're talking about, maybe you have a mod conflict. I might eventually do the Perk Chart, if I manage to edit it without messing it up (All this was brought up a few pages ago). I'd at least like to change the special animations and the ones with that already have Vault Girl. I am currently working my way through the perks (monochrome ones that are in the pip-boy). No, you are completely correct. I assumed that since you made icons that are from the perk chart, that they would be on the perk chart as well. Nevermind, it is working just fine.
