Grab a copy of my BobbleHats mod, it has all the bobbleheads edited with hats but the bodies are there for your reference. I would also like to see this done and if they are modders resources I would be willing to give them hats and armor just like I'm doing for the vanilla ones. Yes it is happening. Ideally there will be different variations, like a zipped up and unzipped jumpsuit. The model is made by Skuddedbutt on twitter and AnTiWoMaAgNot has managed to get it to show up in game. Also I am making a Vault Girl icon replacer.
