It's bad enough that "True Storms" was beat out last month for a nude mod but now every God damn time I check the hot files it's just T&A. Here's a Life Pro Tip - look at real porn or get a girlfriend! Seriously, is Nexus mods all about naked women in video games? It's kind of repulsive, dumb, and particularly pathetic. Everytime I open Nexus there's an huge poster showing butts and boobs, there must be like millions of mods with naked women, looking at how often they show up. I know I can block them, but I've always been hoping for one that had naked men....That sounded so round... I mean, wrong! >_>Wait, what I mean is a mod that shows both genders in a non-sexualized way, no homo. I just find it a bit unlikely that some raider actually uses underwear in perfect condition when most of them don't even have shirts on. They exist in Skyrim so they will soon exist in FO4. I'm not a fan of such mods, but, human nature being what it is, I'm not surprised they're available. Can't speak for everyone else, but I use CBBE and I am a woman. CBBE does not mean I get to stare at my character all day as it is not simply a nude mod. It is a system for nude and other outfit that let players customize body shapes and outfits that conform to those shapes. And I am very happy with it. Although it's not perfect, it is a way for me to shape my character the way I want and make sure all armors fit right without clipping. But of course, such mod also allows certain people (especially the male population) to create female shape with out-of-this-world gigantic breasts walking naked around like the game is about nude exhibitionism. But that is a choice they make on their own, just like watching porn. It is not hurting anybody, so I don't see a huge deal about it. But that explains the majority of why the mods are voted tops. Every nude or revealing mod will dominate because teenage boys will download it in droves and well boobs. That isn't to say that some of the more risque mods don't have a lot of work put behind them or that they don't have a dual usage but nude mods have always dominated the nexus. Hell just wait for the creation kit to come out and every other armor set will be nearly nude and well I'm going to stop now. The point is block the stuff thats what I do. If there is some type of mod you just don't want to see ( Nudes, My Little Pony, Save games, whatever) use the tag blocking and you shouldn't see those. You can block as many tags as you want. Then If you do see something that is not tagged properly - TAG IT! instead of whining. :thumbsup: My suggestions for what to block if you just don't want sexy women :rolleyes: Nudity, Not Safe For Work, Sexy/Skimpy, CBBE Bodybase, Body Slide preset, Poses Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Berathe Posted January 11, 2016 Share Posted January 11, 2016 Yes, you can block all CBBE Bodybase mods, as said, if you go up to where your name is where block content is a menu command. Apparently the ability to block CBBE content is a recent addition. That's what I did and now my hot files are blissfully clear. I very specifically did not want to block adult content which include male/female body mods, just the endless parade of CBBE butts and boobs (now there's an image to conjure with!).
