ok, on windows 10, using 7z program, the following command line of that program shows this as how the package is assembled, and it also extracts as intended on ten using Mod Organizer from Tannin42 clean, no issues and shows up in game.

  • C:\Users\Kitty Black\Desktop\Pop\NMCs Texture Pack MAXIMUM Pack SINGLE FILE FOR NMM-12056-1-0_04-23-35.7z\NMCs Texture Pack (Ultra)\

High lighted in yellow is the sub directory compiled in the package, bellow that is a folder called textures...mo extracts it correctly.

Nmm is not installed on this PC/laptop. This as far as MO is concerned is correct. I'll boot into the other PC now and re=edit here for you showing what Nmm does. IF you require pictures? I can arrange that too.

==================

Nmm results, it does install all the files.."In name only" it rip's out all the data, all the files are "zero length files" making the mod Null, absolutely useless...so.

you have done nothing wrong at all, no one has, Nmm ? well now....that's a real problem for a whole lot of consumers.

I highly suggest using Mod organizer By tannin42, at least I know that works.

I have the disk version of FO3, installed outside of "Program Files". I do not use NMM nor Mod Organizer. I installed this mod, along with the Large Address Aware Enabler, manually and it works perfectly.

I would first look toward the install location of the game and the method you are using to install the mod.
