Crash near Ra'sava Camp

Since I started using WAC, Oblivion has been crashing every time I go near Ra'sava Camp. I'm also running Francesco's Leveled Creatures & Items with only the bare minimum master file activated. Why is this happening and how can I fix it? I've tried disabling some mods, I've tried sorting my load order with BOSS, and it still crashes in that area!

Whenever I use BOSS, it keeps putting Better Cities earlier in my load order, so I end up having to go back and re-sort it in OBMM.

If BOSS is not placing your mods correctly either you have OBMM open when using it -- ALWAYS do what you have to with OBMM and close it first, as it does not clean up until closed -- or have 'Lock Times' checked in Wrye Bash. Make sure you have the latest version of BOSS and update the masterlist.

 

Now then, you are at the limit of the amount of mods the game will deal with (255 including esm, esp and bsa files). Also, some of the mods you use require you to use a Bashed Patch. With a Bashed Patch some of those plugins will be merged and deactivated, freeing up some plugin slots.

 

So a Bashed Patch is your next task.

 

Copy the Bashed Patch, 0.esp from the mopy\extras\ folder into your \\Data\ folder and run BOSS. Then, in Wrye Bash right click on Bashed Patch, 0.esp and select 'Rebuild Patch' -- in the latest version of Wrye Bash there is no need to right click and select 'Mark Merged', as it's all done automatically.

 

 

 

 

 

When you press 'Rebuild Patch', make sure that you check the following:

 

Merge Patches

Import ... [Go through each 'import' option and if there's a mod, not csv in the right window, check it, and the Import... option.]

Cobl Catalogs [ONLY if you use Cobl]

Okay, I just did that and ran Oblivion, but now it's turned off my COBL birthsigns and racial abilities.

 

EDIT: NVM, I just forgot to check some stuff while rebuilding my bashed patch. It should work now.

Please post a revised (Bashed) load list.

Try hiding somewhere remote. An interior cell, with no one in it would be good. Stay there for three and a half days. Try going there again.
