Reset all quests to zero -OR- Start new game with current inventory and stats?

I'm interested in finding a way to either reset all quests to zero (without having to manually do each one through the console) or beginning a new game with my current appearance, stats and inventory. I am barely computer literate, so forgive me if I appear to be asking a stupid question, but does anyone know of a simple method or mod that can accomplish this?

Ideally I would eventually like to upload a save game just after leaving the vault and upload it to nexus because I think my character is pretty great and I think other people would enjoy her as well.

I'm pretty sure I saw preset mods?

Anyways, if you want to save the face, use the console, and type spf (any name you want.)

This may add a file to your fallout 4 root folder. It your face. You can use geck later to make it a preset later this year.

I have the Face Ripper utility by xatmos, so the face is the least of my concerns. Preserving SPECIAL stats, perks and inventory is the question here. Would the CK be able to cover these issues as well?

You probably would need to reset each quest individually. What you could do is make a list of every quest ID, make a text file, and have setstage (questID) 0 for every entry. Then save the text file to your install folder with the name "reset.txt" (or whatever) and then type BAT RESET into the console. (You might want to leave out the prewar stuff)

Still a bit of work, but much easier than doing it all individually in the console, and then you could reuse the file as many times as you want. You could even upload it to the nexus - seems useful.

So, forgive my ignorance, I just want to make sure I understand;

1st. Typing BAT RESET in the console implies that "RESET" is the name of the text document?

2nd. So in theory, doing this and creating a save game just outside Vault 111 would reset all quests but maintain everything else like companions, settlements, inventory etc? Which I suppose meets my purpose half-way.

The simplest way is to load the save game that you just started after character creation.

I actually don't think that accomplishes what I am looking for at all. I think that is kind of the opposite of what I am looking for. Unless I missed something.

He means since that you want the face, just use an old save before existing the vault.

"She"

Right, that's the simplest way to do it. I may be a little more computer literate than some people, but it gets complex to even think of "Face Ripper" and whatnot. I will get there when I get there. But for your need, why not just load the old save? If you are literate enough to play FO4, you can do that. No Faceripping needed. Either that or I miss your question entirely. I personally hate people misunderstanding me, so pardon me and do tell me if I am wrong.
