Perks as Quest Rewards!

The decision to remove skills and replace them with a more streamlined perks system was probably one of the best decisions Bethesda ever made.

This mod will take things one step further, by granting new perks as rewards for completing non-radiant quests. For example, completing the 'big-dig' quest in Goodneighbor and siding with Bobbi should give you a "Better Speech" perk that makes persuasion easier and prices lower. Siding with Hancock gives "Better companion" perk that adds damage resistance to all your companions.

Similarly in the USS constitution quest, siding with the Robots will give you a perk that grants bonus against robots (for having studied Robots in your vicinity) whereas siding with the scavengers gives you a perk that helps you find more caps in containers.
