I'm not sure how fast this thing is going to move, it depends on how it's going to animate. I vote cannon travel. Have to build settlement-placed "Mech delivery system" to lob it. Onboard jets for landing on target and not cratering. Saves you from needing to have a ginormous rocket pack on it, or having to ask "why am I not just flying over everything and raining death from on high?" Actually a disposable rocket pack might actually make the most sense Think of some kind of craftable one use harness, covered in thrusters and fuel tanks that ejects off this thing after it lands. It would solve the issue of needing a giant cannon, and it would address why you aren't just sailing everywhere. The mech station itself could be the launch rails. We're in the process of renovating our bathroom and have a syrian refugee staying at our place who keeps forgetting his Apple-id. NEVER ever loose your password for an Apple-id where the password-reset-email is abandoned! Apple will suck your will to live out of you. Anyway I'm almost done with the main frame. I'm gonna finish up the parts that is missing and start incorporating your comments. After that I'm going to start on the low poly model.
