Deleted2433418User
Hi there.. are there anyone out there who either has or is willing to help me change the looks of Magnolia??..it´s not as if she´s that prominent in the story or anything but i just feel she should look more the part.. I mean, she has this great jazzy voice and a cool attitude..but she looks like a girl who works for two dimes and a sandwich.. I was thinking either a Melody Gardot look-alike or maybe a slightly prettier ZAZ... I even thought a combo of Natalie King Cole and Rhianna... but i haven´t the faintest where to find the files or,indeed, how to actually do it... so,eh, help,please..With a voice like that she really needs the looks to match... TeamBacon
I could tell you exactly how to do this with the creation kit, but without it I wouldn't have a clue.

I know that is an unpopular opinion around here, but I don't believe modding really starts until you have the creation kit in hand. So while I wait I am recording voice actors for my 300 pages of dialogue that are sitting around patiently waiting to be put into a quest... or 4... sinr88
I think the only way available at this point is to use the console command SLM to change the NPC's appearance. I've personally never done it myself but if you do it this way, you can get the exact style of looks you want with Magnolia. http://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/3415825-changing-npc-appearance/&do=findComment&comment=30650730
Deleted2433418User
ok... i tried "faceripper".. I totally suck at anything remotely linked to programming.. :-)... now i'll try that SLM thingy..sounds x-rated though.. :-)
GnatGoSplat
The slm command works fine on player character and also to change body shapes, but it doesn't work on faces. At least, not when I tried it on Curie. There are workarounds like this:http://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/3391300-using-console-to-change-npc-appearance/Although it totally replaced her face so you won't be able to do small changes with that workaround, you pretty much have to make an all-new face. Faceripper would work. You could start a new game and create a new player character, make her look the way you want, then rip that face and put it on Magnolia. Creation kit would work best, but who knows how long it'll be before that comes out.
TeamBacon
Creation kit would work best, but who knows how long it'll be before that comes out. Patience is a virtue. Why do something twice when you can wait and do it right the first time? My friend had a fairly successful Fallout 3 mod back in the day that simply went around to different NPCs and made them look better with the help of a few mods and modifying faces and such.
