Everything else seems to be available to kill for cooking except the squirrels! And could we thus have legendary types, albino death squirrels? PoliteRaider Posted March 4, 2016 Share Posted March 4, 2016 Actually the squirrels all died in atomic blast, but some special trait of their fur just meant they cooked perfectly on the inside and were preserved by the radiation while being coated in a protective layer of charcoal. After being buried in all the dust and debris of the bombs, squirrels are now mined all over the commonwealth as a new natural resource. ... but yeah joking aside, it actually really bugs me too. Maybe they're imported from somewhere just off the edge of the map. I mean, I haven't seen a single tree with nuts anywhere in the commonwealth, so I don't know where we'd find squirrels.
