Hoamaii Posted March 6, 2016 Posted March 6, 2016 Can an admin please check that my account is working properly? The "Skyrim Mod Authors" forum won't let me start a new topic - when I try to, I get the very annoying "Sorry you don't have permission for that!" page again, inviting us to contact a admin, which of course we can't since we 'don't have permission for that'!.. The strange thing is I could start a new topic here - but not in the Mod authors forums which I've been using for several years now. That's happening on IE, if I use FireFox, it seems works properly though. That issue comes and goes - but it is recurrent. An hour ago I couldn't start a new topic, 20 minutes ago I could, and now I can't again. Are you working on the Website right now and that may cause flickering issues with forums or mods' pages? (tried to answer a comment on one my mods pages earlier and it took me to do it several times before the refreshed page actually saved my comment).
Community Manager Dark0ne Posted March 6, 2016 Community Manager Posted March 6, 2016 Does this happen only when you go to post a new topic, or do you get that error from time to time when just browsing the mod author forums as well?
Hoamaii Posted March 6, 2016 Author Posted March 6, 2016 Lately only when starting a new topic, and a lot more often in the Skyrim Mod Authors' forum (or mabe I'm just using that one more). But a few months ago I got that error just trying to browse forums - even when coming directly from Nexus Mods. I was being identified as "Hoamaii" and never asked a password, but I still could only get the "Sorry" page whatever I was clicking on. It fixed itself a few weeks later. These issues seem to come and go periodically - but I never had them before ever since I created this account. It started around September 2015 I'd say.
ZZZ02 Posted March 6, 2016 Posted March 6, 2016 I get the same thing with the report button on some areas of the nexus I sent a ticket but never heard back...
