Nice.

I was staring at that picture for ages trying to figure out where the "wings" of the drive in had gone and wondering what mod you'd used to delete them. I finally noticed that you lined the fence up with the wings and used them as a defensive platform. That's really clever, good way of making use of the space.

Any chance of seeing more? It's hard to tell what you've done with the whole settlement from just one photo.

Really glad you like it. :)

I thought I should say which mods I use for building my settlements (and also graphics):

Fr4nssonsLightTweaks.esp

OCDecorator.esp (must-have mod for decorating)
OCDispenser.esp

DarkerNights.esp

ConstructionLight_Brighter_Shadows.esp (does not only improve brightness and range but also adds shadows!)

Fusebox Generator.esp (for providing the light boxed with power - i think the power requirement of 1 unit per box is just ridiculous)

AutoDoors.esp (no open doors enymore!)

Place everywhere (also must-have for settlement building)

Aaand I think it's the vogue ENB, not sure though. :)

Slightly off topic, but I had done some editing to Red Rocket in which I edited the base building to remove the damned hoses and a few other misc things... looked great in game, except without creating a makeshift collision mesh (Pretty sure thats how DDP did it for his castle wall repair, used something like a square wall collision over and over to create the wall. Time consuming as hell.) the hoses collision data was still there... so it looked nice, but still blocked me lol.

GECK needs to get here already... been working on upgrading and repairing Red Rocket a bit. Anyway, the comment about removing the wings reminded me, as you'd run into the same problem.

As to the settlement itself, looks really great, I went through the screenshots. I really liked the night lighting on it tbh.

I've finally looked through the gallery properly. Bravo, this settlement looks really great. I like your ideas here and even though you're using some mods, it's still not deviating too much from the regular vanilla appearance. You've got a good eye for design.

Yeah, I've done some playing with Nifskope, enough to see how little we can do with collision at the moment. I'm hoping that the CK either includes something to help with that, or at the very least gives the amazing Niftools team enough information to figure out how to implement it in Nifskope. I was wondering if that sort of brute force solution of layering a regular mesh's collision over and over would be possible, but didn't know enough to reliably test it since I wouldn't know if it was genuinely not working or just failing because I don't know how to use Nifskope.
