Biodoll
This is a mod-site on which several hundreds of people share and rate their creations. So why in the name of f*#@ are there people out there with let's say piercings, tunnels, labret piercings and nice stuff and won't say where to get it? It's a modding-community after all! God damn ...
Boombro
Because it really tiring to have a full list of mods you use on standby every time you post a screenshot. And you know, you can always ask.
bben46
Believe it or not, there is a search function for mods. Unfortunately, we don't have the millions of dollars that Google had to create their search, so please don't expect the same kind of advanced functionality. But if you can manage to spell the words properly (Nexus search has problems with misspellings) it can find mods that have those words in either the title or description. Look for the word 'search' at the very top of any mod page. OR, you can use Google search to search the Nexus. :yes:in Google, Site:nexusmods.com/fallout4 piercing Note - the word site, followed by a colon then the site name, then a slash and the name of the game you are playing - all with no spaces, then a space followed by the word or words you want to search for. Be prepared for a lot of results if your request is too generic though. Please remember that While we do have the largest selection of mods for many games, there are other sites out there with mods that are not on Nexus. (Please do not upload mods from other sites unless you have the permission of the original mod author as that is against the rules here.)
Kikaimegami
You also have to remember that some of us have custom things we made for ourselves ( :ermm: ) and don't intend on releasing them (whether that's never, or in the immediate future), either because they're not 'production quality' due to limited tools available (ask me about how annoyed I am at dumping too much time into slamming my face against the wall that is facebones nifs and I still can't make the damn crap work :wallbash: ), are parts of unfinished mods (I swear I'm working on them), or are custom assets for specific characters. My god I have so many piddly crap mods and that root cellar in Sanctuary is stuffed with dufflebags from them. Packing these things into something I wouldn't be horrendously embarrassed to release would take longer than making them took. I really miss TES4Files. I need it again like air. Anyway... Having said all that, like Boombro mentioned, asking is always an option. Just be polite when you do it, meaning, dear lord don't word it how you worded your OP. Nobody's asked me for my piddly crap, so there is zero desire to even think about packing them, but if someone asked me about a screenshot and where I got something, that would certainly pique my interest in doing so. Biodoll
I always ask as polite as one can ask. And the answers are: no answer at all or "It's private." Yeah ... private. I just want labret piercings. >_>
Kikaimegami
See above. They may be waiting for the ability to get facebone nifs working same as I am, since I'm pretty sure it involves editing hkt files. So the stuff you see may only look good for their specific character from a specific angle during only one animation, and the rest of the time is clipping and crap, and on any other character it would look like ass, worse so the more the other character's face is different. Especially with a labret piercing. Those were annoying in FO3 and that was with the proper tools
Kikaimegami
Like, I get where you're coming from, but it is nowhere near as simple as "I just want this". Trust me, people have asked me before for things, and continued to say they wanted them even when I explained why they didn't.. and so when I caved and gave it to them, they complained that it didn't work right. I'm too nice and do everything I can to explain things, but not everyone has the time for that. (EDIT: Or they're like me and just got burned too many times so have given up on even trying, and just answering with 'No', and I sure as hell wouldn't blame them.) There are too many people out there, not knowing what they are doing with this and that, but as soon as something goes wrong, they start to complain, instead of thinking about the reasons.
