Im experiencing an issue where the guards spawns dead and whitout clothes, here is my load order:

Think that's due to Merged_Objects.esp and MCA.esm

Apart from the mod problem NPC's always unequip their armor when their master-level unarmored skill gives them a better protection (65) than the armor they have.

 

Keep this in mind if you intend to mod NPC's equipment.
