OpalEyedFan
Well the dream mod would include: A cabin near the lake at the beginning of the game, and a functional fishing rod. A pilotable rowboat near the cabin. Probably remove any hostile spawnpoints near cabin and lake, probably increase number of spawnoints for fish in the lake and nearby river. place a bench and fire down by the water where I can kick back, relax, cook some salmon and watch the sunsets and sunrise. scot
First thing I´m going to do is going to creation kit and explore it a bit and see if there are vampires, then open CS and copy the values of my oblivion character into skyrim default face, then change the vampire eye colour by the oblivion one I´m using. Jagex
Since beth have a tendancy for making clone NPC's that look stupid, proberbly fixing the NPC's faces, like have to with oblivion and Fo3/NV./Quick point (because I hate wrongness) Bethesda didn't make New Vegas. They handed it off to another developer (Obsidian Entertainment, I think) so they could work on Skyrim.

AltreU
I have a small project in mind. Simply an arena that lets you fight whatever creature you want. It'll probably include storage and be my main hub for mod testing as far as new functions, spells, gear, creatures, and such go. Then, nudity. Lots and lots of it. Not really. I'll have to wait for that. http://www.thenexusforums.com/public/style_emoticons/dark/teehee.gif

Skevitj
As soon as SkSE (Skyrim script extender, I can't think of a better acronym) comes out I'm going to at least attempt to put spell creation back into the game. Probably not the anything/any value that Oblivion had, but at least a way to create your own custom, specialist spells as a cheaper/more useful alternative to the expected vendors. Either that or trying to implement combo effects (a-la DA:O) to encourage dual wielding different spell types. Seriously, the ability to have two different abilities at hand pretty much demands that there is some combo-ing of effects implemented.
