n1troxide Posted April 20, 2016 Posted April 20, 2016 Hi there, i'm new here and new into the modding area of this game, I actually followed all your instructions to make the game even better with mods. The question I have is a very simple one, I did not tried yet, afraid of messing the game up. Well I want to use bodyslide and outfit studio while the game in running just to see the effects in almost real time.... Is it possible or do I risk any problem with the game? Thanks!

JimmyRJump Posted April 20, 2016 Posted April 20, 2016 Nope. You can make alterations with BodySlide while you have the game open, but any saves made with BodySlide will only be visible in-game after having re-started the game...
ousnius Posted April 20, 2016 Posted April 20, 2016 Equipping a different outfit, then entering and leaving some power armor, and equipping the changed outfit (most of the time) forces it to reload.Sometimes, equipping a different outfit and re-loading a save game works as well.

But I regularly alt-tab out of the game to find poses in my catalogue. It also happens that I check the Nexus or NMM to see if I have specific mod - and how it works (like finding a new hideout etc.) So I guess you can alt-tab and open OS.
