T00LK1D
Have you already messed with the .ini file, can't u disable Godrays and adjust other visual effects and graphics features? Oh I did that, but the game runs better on Ultra than on Low, still not optimal though. So for some reason, lowering everything makes the game run even worse. That's why I hoped to find the things in the CK and just throw them out the hard way. EDIT: Not gonna hijack this thread for my problem, making an own thread for it. DizzasterJuice
just an FYI for people having issues in worldspaces. You can turn off layers and you will get better performance when there disabled. For example you can disable the FX and keep the Default to see what's going on in the world while the FX will not render. Edit: the same applies for interiors cells. How exactly do you do that? In settings I turned off all water settings, ambient occlusion, and shadows but it still crashes. Also, I don't think that's the problem because many of the NPCs crash when you try to open them too. I have a decent comp built on a core i7-6700 so I don't think it's a performance issue.
chucksteel
Ya it has to load a cell then you can start turning stuff off to work on just what you want. I didn't think it would solve your issue I just thought that the info would help people that got massive slowdowns in some cells. I've also found it runs better if I go to pref's and set the uGrids to 3 (Default is 5) this Edit doesn't stick so you have to do that every time you launch the Ckit. That didn't work either. Are you able to open Actors/Magnolia or open cell CombatZone01 without it freezing? Just wondering if it's me or the CK. chucksteel
CombatZone01 loaded without issue, and NPC Magnolia opened. I didn't try to edit them but I had on crash when getting to them.

RaffTheSweetling
@Artfu1D0dger -Yes, but expect it to come back. Tuck it under another window and ignore it. :) Edited April 28, 2016 by RaffTheSweetling
RaffTheSweetling
@DizzasterJuice - there's an option called "Show / Hide". You can toggle all of the elements that will be drawn by the render window. Room bounds, portals etc are all toggled from here, exceptt navmesh however. That's found under the navmesh tool. :)
