Thank you!

NoDotDotDot was my issue.

Okay, this is interesting. I was having the exact same issue. The only UI-related mod I had still activated was the "No dotdotdot" mod that gets rid of the [...] on the item names. As soon as I uninstalled that, my load worked. No problem after that. Hopefully that helps. :)

Look at my post, I believe I figured out the problem, but use Loot or FO4edit to check it, but essentailly bethesda did something with the DLC ESMs and so now mods which require "DLCRobot.esm" will not work because it says it is missing. AWKCR is an example if you use the Automatron version.

Okay, so I guess I'm not the only one having this problem. about a week or week and a half ago, I was loading on some more mods. Or perhaps changing one. Had my game CTD. deactivated the mod, still CTD; uninstalled the mod, still CTD; verified integrity of cache, CTD; uninstalled and reinstalled F4, same problem. Deleted all my INI files and had the game make new ones; CTD. Nothing I do works. I can play a brand new game, but as soon as I try to use NMM, all I have is crash after crash after crash.

I've isolated MY problem to this: As soon as I make a fallout4custom.ini file (as the game does NOT remake this file upon a fresh install), my game will ALWAYS CTD upon loading a save OR starting a new game. I click on 'load game' and then the game starts to load for about 3 seconds, I will get a black screen for about a half second, then the CTD happens. As soon as I delete my fallout4custom.ini file, I can play the unmodded game via steam library without trouble. But I don't want to play an unmodded Fallout 4 :/

In my case, deactivating all mods in NMM and verifying cache worked. I reinstalled most of the mods afterwards, taking great pains that I only have the latest version of any of them.

But the CTDs on startup is kind of a miracle to me also, since I didn't change or add anything between the game running fine and suddenly not working at all.

Which is why I suspect it's Bethesda's fault with their latest patch.

I tried deactivating all mods and running through the launcher and loading a savefile where no mods where present at the time - right before leaving the vault. Still CTD. That cannot be my fault when I didn't change anything.
