dragbody
1. Reduce the tounge-in-cheek content in the vanilla, non-wild wasteland game and move it all to WW. For example, I think Lily is a silly companion. I'd much rather have Marcus, Neil, or Fawkes. Even Mean Sonofabitch or Keane. Also, Come Fly With Me is an absurd quest. That definitely should have been WW, and the repconn test center instead should have been a war against feral ghouls. Rhonda and Tabitha is also lame. Black Mountain should have been the home of Overlords preparing to take action against New Vegas and the NCR. 2. Make Gomorrah sinful. A lot of the content on NVN is type3 nude bodies, bouncing breasts, and girls dressed in thongs. If that's what you want, fine, but how about a mod that changes only the strippers at Gomorrah into the big breasted, nude women. I personally found it odd that a strip club on the strip was treated in such a PG-13 manner in an MA-17 game. But I also don't want to see Dr. Ada dressed like Vampirella. I think we need a lore-friendly compromise! 3. Replace the fiend helmets with different models for the different items. I like the mod that replaces fiend helmets with raider helmets, but there is such a wealth of raider gear mods (and more in F3 waiting to be ported) that they could use an update. 4. The second battle at Hoover dam should be epic. I've seen little commenting on how anticlimactic the final quest in NV is. Hands down, that's my biggest disappointment with the game. Imagine a mod that populated and overhauled the ghost legion camp. The Legion could have two caged super mutant behemoths they're waiting to unleash on the dam  . The quest could involve multiple steps. An NCR character should have to clear the Fort at least. (I played for the NCR on my first playthrough and never even saw Caesar.) A Legion character should clear Camp Golf, McCarran, and perhaps some Ranger outposts. Overall, the Warzones mod has bigger battles than the vanilla game. This should change. 5. Tommy Torini and his crew should have tommy guns. 6. The merchant from Resident Evil 4 should have a few locations  7. I would like to see a hidden Raider camp on the east side of the Colorado composed of the remnants of raider gangs the NCR had nearly wiped out. They could be working to reform; they could even offer rehab to fiends. Imagine holding cells with fiends in withdrawls... And you could choose to side with one influential figure at the camp and help the raiders continue reform into a legitimate settlement, or side with a different figure and help them rearm and seek revenge on the NCR by joining and aiding the Legion. 8. A simple Courier's Cap--a roving trader hat with a Mojave Express patch on the front. 9. Replacing the securitrons to something more humanoid like a happy middle between F3's androids, the original terminator, and the upgrading potential of the vanilla securitrons. That's a good start I think.

A simple Courier's Cap--a roving trader hat with a Mojave Express patch on the front. hm guess i could do that one...
dragbody
You're right about the Khans thing. To be honest, I've thought a lot about the reformed raider camp, but the part about side-choosing just came out when typing that list up. I placed them hidden east of the Colorado because they live in fear of both Legion and NCR--the NCR would eradicate them and the Legion would enslave them. But I thought they'd have to help the Legion in order to have a worthwhile shot at revenge. However, as you pointed out, this isn't significantly unqiue. So a better alternative may be to have the camp attempt revenge on their own--only to fail miserably. And if you made that hat, that'd be nice. I was thinking about making it my first mod though. It'd be a simple, humble start. EDIT: On second thought, the quests involved with the raider camp should be independent of side-choosing. As I think about it, it sounds like a Khan/Honest Hearts mash up and I don't like that. They should be content to remain independent and attempt to live undetected by other factions. I think we need a lore-friendly compromise! I agree with this! One of those expectations when in New Vegas. Maybe the animated prostitution mod can take this on? or has it already? The only thing that feels sleazy in there was Cachino, which was something that shouldnt be. Sluttier animations? Yes please, Ive seen some amazing dance animations for FO3 maybe one of those fits! More nudity! Special Stripper RACE for the gamorrah! haha 4. The second battle at Hoover dam should be epic.. Absolutely! The BOS, Enclave, Boomer and Desert Ranger, Great Khans reinforcements were great but the Legion enemies were on the meh side! There is a Legion Redesigned mod here somewhere that gives the legion some teeth armor and weaponry wise. Slave Suidide bombers! Super Mutant Behemoths! Canine squads! More variety! 8. A simple Courier's Cap--a roving trader hat with a Mojave Express patch on the front. Good Idea! I always thought that there would some kind of identifier when your working for the Mojave Express. A uniform would have been great but this is better! It doesnt force a character to remove his choice of armor when on a delivery.
dragbody
Stevie, When making the hat, can you take off the current goggles? I always hated wearing that hat while also wearing glasses because of them. Razzy, In my wish for a sinful Gomorrah, let me reiterate that such semi-porn would be entirely limited to that casino (maybe with the exception of the Atomic Wrangler). As for a more epic final quest, let me also reiterate that in my first playthrough, I never once stepped foot inside the Fort. I saw the map marker thanks to the explorer perk, but I never travelled to see Caesar (killed Benny in the Tops) because I assumed I'd go there eventually to kill Caesar. Also, consider how the first battle of Hoover dam went--it was a hard fought war in which the NCR retreated to Boulder City and ambushed the Legion. But what happens in the second battle? Nothing; all of a sudden the fighting just breaks out. There is nothing strategic or impressive about this battle at all. Its resolution is anticlimatic to the max. The Legion redesigned is a good mod and I agree that it gives the Legion more teeth. However, the equipment of those in the final battle doesn't affect the plot of the battle itself. That's what I'm interested in improving.

dragbody
I've got it! It looks great. Thanks a ton! To be honest, I must be tired tonight. I saw that file uploaded when I signed on to the nexus tonight and assumed from the title that it was a special kind of currency. :wallbash: Maybe changing the name from cap to hat would avoid confusion. My bad.

My bad.nah, it has a what's-the-word-for-the-sunscreen-flap-on-the-caps-front?, so it's a cap. if it was a hat, it would have a brim. just sleep more. ;-)but anyway, i wouldn't know of any way to change the main name once it's posted (except deleting / recreating, losing endorsements & download stats), same like with changing thread titles... Awesome. Well it looks perfect. I thought about suggesting the enclave officer's hat (that's the one you used, right?) because I think it looks better. It's what I always wore in FO3.
