Samurok
Hello again Nexus! Ok so i started playing with the CK and created 3 npcs without too much of trouble, for now they are basic settlers but i plan to give them a small quest to recruit them more immersively. However, before stepping into quest making, i have some issues that could need your advices, so here goes the questions : 1) When i created those Npc i added marks on them (scars, beauty spots, burn marks and so on) however once i launch the game those marks does not appear on them, why did i do wrong? if i reopen the file in the ck the marks are still there! 2) As i said they are now working as regular settlers, but if i assign them to any work, they never stop working, never sleeping or such. what can i do to remedy that? 3) As i plan to add 2 more npcs, i guess before starting making a quest i should merge the npcs plugins right? if so, how? Thank you very much in advance!

Hitlerecka
Hi, I can not help you because I don´t know how npc works, I know about modelling. If you´re going to use them in your quest proyect, I think that there is not necesity to merge them in a plugin cause they sould be in to the quest plugin

KataPUMB
You're probably not generateing them fine, the settles have a lot of scripting on them. First of all open your game and help "name you used for the npc" 4 NPC_ and generate'em so you can see if there's actually that problem you think it's or it's otherone Then take a look at the radiobeacon script attached to the radiobeacon that you build in the settlement to see how are they recluted and follow the tail and you will be near the npc WorkshopNPC, see his scripts and add your npc's to his generated list that must be something like LCharWorkshopNPC Hope that helps you Edited May 14, 2016 by KataPUMB
