Moraelin
Well, that much is a given. But I could also bet that you'll see some overhaul rake in more thumbs up than the boobs-of-the-month mod. Plus, just to clear something up, not everyone who downloads body replacers does it for the actual body. I like small boobs myself, but thankfully the armour could hide any changes in that area in all Bethesda games. But, honestly, the standard Bethesda FACES and face editor are a right disaster, so that's a good reason to download any new body that comes with a different head. And in Oblivion the mods which only replaced the head or head texture actually had the side effect of making the neck seam much more visible than it already was, so I can tell you I downloaded every body replacer out there just to find one which at least sorta matches the head texture replacer I was using. I think in Skyrim I'll just get a neck scarf and say my char is a tranny ;)
huntsman2310a
don't be discouraged just because the community is quiet at the moment. its a cycle. Besides modding should be fun, not a neccessity. Edited August 4, 2011 by huntsman2310a
Akallabeth
A mod is only ever worth starting if the person making it loves what they are doing. Other players should be irrelevant in that decision, if one is making a mod solely for others admiration they will very likely be disappointed very quickly. The New Vegas mod community is quite active, through the various New Vegas mod download sites around 5-10 mods are uploaded a day, not counting those that are updated or those that are current works in progress. Korodic
*Chuckles* I modded for Oblivion before FO3-NV came out, its modding community is much larger and the first few years...oh man new naked girl body every dang week it seemed! LOLNot really surprising mind you, since the newer games are geared towards younger males more then anything so you kinda see it comeing. Five bucks first week of Skyrim, naked chicks. XD... and I will be the first one d/ling it, assuming my internet connection is faster than other teenage boys
nivea
Rofl sorry to get us all off topic, I am not dissing on the naked chick mods I KNOW how much work goes into makeing a new body and I use nude (tasteful, type3 is my favorite of all naked girl bodies) mods in Morrowind/Oblivion/Fallout the vanilla bodies always look horrible females always look pretty bad with man shoulders and hands. D:Just saying if you want quick recognition that is the way to go. Modding is a lot of fun, not only do you make things but you meet new people. I would never have met awesome people like AlienSlof or llama if it was not for mods. And no mod is to small, ignore people that tell you there are 100 mods like yours... who cares your learning. Korodic
AlienSlofThe same AlienSlof who created bubblewrap pants that actually tucked in my male character's genitals (nude mod) when I equipped them? LOL So memorably funny.
