I think it would be cool, but you would bleed out and die really fast. And you couldn't stop it by like injecting yourself with stimpacks like crazy either, the damage would top the stimpack health restoration. LEGION113 Posted August 27, 2011 Share Posted August 27, 2011 It may be possible to make some sort of custom NPC "creature" thing, sort of like the wounded NCR troopers in New Vegas whose limb was already missing, but I doubt it would be possible to have a "normal" NPC survive a removed limb.
